Jakub Ćwikliński - last year's Polish champion in artisan ice cream and a student of such masters as Antonio Bachour, Frank Haasnoota, Paweł Mieszała and Michał Doroszkiewicz. Jakub himself conducts training for young confectioners and develops unique confectionery recipes. The second champion is Mariusz Górecki - the winner of the Polish Ice Cream Championships 2019, winner of the 2nd place in the qualifying rounds for the Chocolate Chef Competition Valrhona 2018 and the Best Pastry Chef 2016 Confectionery Championship. Mariusz is constantly improving his culinary knowledge, and one of his latest achievements is the 1st. place won during the elimination to the final of the Chocolate Chef Competition Valrhona 2019.
